The Time Hotel New York City, New York City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms had a soothing and homey ambiance, but the heating was set too high, making it uncomfortably warm initially. Taking a shower was a challenge due to the alarm going off. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some friendly and helpful interactions but also instances of impoliteness and inconvenience like technicians entering during my shower. The location was convenient for my event, but the hotel itself needed a makeover. The dining options were limited, and there is room for improvement. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel provided a nice difference with exceptional staff like Gilbert; however, the rooms were not soundproof, though it didn't really bother us much. The service was good but somewhat hit and miss, with friendly and helpful housekeepers and concierge staff. The location was great, perfect for exploring the Theatre district, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, and most of Midtown, and the dining options were a bit monotonous. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.

The hotel's rooms, though decently sized for the NYC location, can feel uncomfortable due to tight space for luggage. However, they offer plenty of amazing amenities. The service, especially from staff like Miguel, Nikolas, and Dee, is very accommodating and welcoming, with helpful tips provided. The location is superb, just moments away from Times Square, offering a quiet retreat off the bustling Broadway. The dining options, while minimal, may not cater well to those with allergies. Overall, the hotel boasts a clean and comfortable stay with great value for the money.

My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious, bigger than your average NYC hotel for sure, but unfortunately not as clean as I would have liked. They weren't ready by the official check-in time of 3 pm, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the service was absolutely amazing, especially from the staff members Louis and Miguel, who stood out for their fantastic assistance. However, one member of the staff was very rude to us when we complained about the tidiness of the room, which made the experience less pleasant. The location of the hotel was fabulous, with theaters and restaurants within walking distance, making it an exceptional choice for Broadway enthusiasts. The hotel was in a great area of Manhattan, really close to many attractions near Times Square, allowing for convenient exploration of the city. The dining experience was nice, although it would be better to improve it with more American options. I also appreciated the homemade muffins. As for the facilities, they were satisfactory overall. Price-wise, it was reasonable considering the great location, but there were some areas that needed improvement for better value for money.
